Terms of Service
By creating an account or completing a purchase you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. Plan-specific coverage, data amounts, validity, and refund rules shown at checkout also apply.
Service
LinkSIM sells travel connectivity plans fulfilled via eSIM or physical SIM Links. Plan availability, coverage, networks, and usage limits are described in the app at purchase time. Server-calculated prices in minor currency units are authoritative. Wholesale provider costs are never shown to customers.
Accounts
You must provide accurate registration details, keep credentials secure, and complete email verification where required. You are responsible for activity under your account unless you notify us of unauthorized access. You may delete your account from Privacy and data. Active eSIMs and open orders may be affected. After deletion completes you cannot sign in.
Plans and compatibility
- eSIM installation requires a compatible unlocked device and may require network support in your destination.
- LinkSIM does not claim universal device compatibility. Follow in-app compatibility checks and install guides.
- Data amounts, validity windows, fair-use rules, and roaming coverage are those shown for the specific plan.
- Top-ups, SMS, and network status features apply only where the plan and product support them.
Payments and refunds
Payments are processed by Stripe. LinkSIM does not store full card numbers or CVV. You authorize LinkSIM to charge the amount calculated by our servers at checkout, including taxes and discounts where applicable. Apple Pay and Google Pay may be offered where supported. Refunds follow the plan terms shown at checkout and applicable law. Payment success alone does not guarantee provisioning; if provisioning fails after a successful charge we will retry, notify you, and follow refund rules when required.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Abuse provisioning, SMS features, support channels, or promotional / referral systems
- Attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer secrets, or disrupt infrastructure
- Use the service for unlawful surveillance, fraud, or spam
- Resell Links or plans except where a written partner agreement allows it
We may suspend or terminate accounts that threaten security or violate these terms.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and why. LinkSIM does not use AdMob or third-party advertising SDKs in the mobile app.
Availability and changes
We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted network access, which depends on carriers and local conditions. We may update plans, prices, features, or these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LinkSIM is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for carrier outages outside our control. Our aggregate liability for a claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
